About this experience
Hangzhou is an old school canteen-style restaurant awarded the Bib Gourmand in the Taipei Michelin Guide 2018. It is located in central Taipei, right next to the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Hangzhou is known for their traditional and authentic dumplings, which are more filled and thicker than the usual dumplings around Taiwan. Enjoy a meal of Taiwanese delicacies as you see how the chefs prepare their iconic xiao long bao, from folding to steaming into the bamboos.
